The room was bright and sized well. Everything that is expected from this level of hotel was provided. The only thing is that in KSA in principle, the level of ARCH/ID detailing and finishing is still poor - but that is general for the whole construction and I am hopeful this will get better with time. It was great that early check in was possible, thank you. The location is very convenient and accessible.

The location was perfect for my visit. I had a comfortable room with a great view of the Kingdom tower. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. I arrived at a very late hour for check-in and the chap, understanding I was tired promised to be super quick (and was). Same when I was leaving, I was super tired (poor flight times) and was offered a coffee for free.

Please about delivery can you put some guys someone to deliver the food for room? That’s better for us? If I want to stay in Hotel? I don’t want at 12 o’clock night. Come downstairs to take the food.

Good hotel to stay a day or 2 especially if you have meeting nearby. Loved the food in the restaurant in ground floor. Loved the room settings, shower area, bed and beddings..
